Thinking Portfolio welcomes Anna-Riikka Hovi-Taunila as new CEO to lead its growth

Anna-Riikka Hovi-Taunila, a long-time board member of portfolio management cloud services company Thinking Portfolio, has been appointed CEO of the company as of 9 May 2022. The appointment puts the customer experience increasingly at the heart of the company’s operations.

In her future role, Hovi-Taunila will be responsible for the business as a whole and will focus on strengthening customer-centric thinking and ensuring that Thinking Portfolio’s services meet customers’ management and decision-making needs even more strongly.

Hovi-Taunila joins the new role from Terveystalo, where she has served as Director of Customer Experience. There, she has been responsible for developing and ensuring customer experience across multiple channels. Previously, Hovi-Taunila has worked as COO at hasan & co group and as Managing Director and founding partner of the group’s customer insight and business design agency Frankly Partners.

Hovi-Taunila has extensive experience in customer experience development, customer-centric business, brand, marketing and digital strategies as well as KPI and data management.

Hovi-Taunila has been a member of the Thinking Portfolio Board since 2017.

Hovi-Taunila holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in International Business from the Turku School of Economics.

Esa Toivonen, founder and current CEO of Thinking Portfolio, will focus on leading sales and marketing and supporting clients to take advantage of the expanding and evolving opportunities in portfolio management.
